Day 9

On Day 9 I am now really getting used to having low carbs.  The craving for bread with every meal, potatoes or rice or pasta is finally disappearing.  Its true, they do eventually subside.  I welcome the new found energy in the mornings and I am loving the small frequent meals as opposed to the 2 or 3 eat till I burst meals a day.  Haven’t got new scales yet.  Kept to the plan….intense in the beginning but easier and easier as time goes by.  My friend Saff had her cheat day today.  Thank goodness I warned her about going all out.

Todays Meals

30 minute walk
Breakfast – scrambled egg, tomato, red onion, garlic on a piece on Multi Grain toast
Snack – Low Carb, Low Sugar Sausage
Lunch – Skinless Chicken Thigh with a Caesar Salad
Snack – Another sausage
Dinner – Chicken Soup
Snack – 1 boiled egg
