Day 1 weigh in was 88kgs

Breakfast – 1 egg and 2 small slices of luncheon

Snack – Shaved smoked ham

Lunch – 1 skinless chicken thigh

snack – 1 slice of luncheon

Dinner – 1 skinless chicken thigh

Snack – shaved ham

Exercise: 30minutes on treadmill

OMG AND I’M BACK AND READY TO GIVE IT ANOTHER GO!

I tried to forget that I started a blog on weightloss but today something in my head was saying to me “try again, try again.” So here I am….

The plan to start back at square 1 tomorrow….weigh and measure myself and to follow the menu plan that I started with back in Jan/Feb and see how the results compare….
