Breakfast: Scrambled eggs
Snack: Slice of Ham
Snack: Drum Stick from the bakery (with the skin pulled off of course)
Lunch: Skinless Chicken Thigh
Snack: Slice of Ham
Dinner: Skinless Chicken Thigh
Snack: 6 garlic and ginger shrimp
As you can see I was more hungry than yesterday but this is ok because on the Body Trim Diet we can eat every hour if we like, as long as we remember the 3 hour rule (explained in earlier posts). One more day of the Carb Detox and then I can add veggies.
