Day 14 – End of Week 2
Hi Guys
Still going strong. As I said earlier I didn’t have a cheat day yesterday because of my misshap on Saturday and Sunday – but still going strong. My measurements were still the same and on the broken scales its reading I am at 80kgs. I am definately going to buy me some scales tomorrow so I’ll let you know my real weight then. I did a half hour on the treadmill this morning which was harder than usual, don’t know why.
Todays Menu
Breakfast: Scrambled Egg on a MultiGrain Toast
Snack: A few slices of ham
Lunch: Roast Chicken with tomato slices, cottage cheese and a drizzle of Spinach and Feta Dip
Snack: Roast Chicken
Dinner: Brisket and Cabbage out of a Boil Up
and I’ll probably have another few slices of ham for my last snack of the day.
