Day 6

On The Body Trim we are allowed 1 cheat day which consists on 2 cheat meals (breakfast and lunch).  You have to still have your protein snacks in between and after dinner.  The catch is that you have to have a PROTEIN ONLY DAY the day before your cheat day to balance out your cheat day.  My cheat day is the 7th day so it was only protein for me today.  I will admit that I’m looking forward to a burger king burger and fries tomorrow….I know the protein only day is supposed to make up for your cheat day but I just can’t help wondering if it will hinder my progress.  I guess we’ll find out on Weigh in day on Wednesday.

My Protein Menu Today:

8.00 – half hour walk on treadmill
9.00 – Scrambled egg
12.00 – hard boiled egg
1.00 – piece of steak
4.00 – hard boiled egg
7.00 – piece of steak
9.30 – hard boiled egg
